We used ngoLAW to assist with a number of things, including drafting agreements between our non-profit trust and company, drafting the MOI for the company and submitting reports and name change requests to the NPO Directorate. We found them highly knowledgeable, particularly in the field of social enterprise which blends the non-profit and for-profit worlds. They were very responsive to any requests we made and all around a pleasure to deal with. We have already recommended them to a number of other social enterprises.
